An interim mission of the World Bank led by Mr. Rajesh Rohatgi visited Odisha. The team made field visits and reviewed the progress of works in P01a, P01b, P02(SH-53), P03, P04a, P04A2 and P04B.The team further reviewed the preconstruction activities with social and environmental wings in PMU, construction and supervision issues with the contractors and construction supervision consultant (M/s LEA Associates South Asia Ltd.). Physical and financial targets were fixed. The team visited RDQP and interacted with the OSRP quality audit team. The World Bank team reviewed the progress in implementation of Institutional Strengthening Action Plan. A wrap-up meeting was taken By EIC-Cum-Secretary to Government in Works Department on 15.01.2016, which was followed by a high level meeting taken by Chief Secretary. Principal Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management attended the meeting.
